about me

About me

My name is Csilla Gál, I am an HR professional of Hungarian origin who likes to call and see herself as an international person.

​

During my higher education years, I spent longer periods in several foreign countries, so I could gain language skills and real life experiences in the rainy Cologne, sunny Florida and the vibrant London. All my stays, human relations and travels gave me more and more experience and guidance on where I want to go with my own career.

​

After a few years my big vagabond self returned to Hungary and I finished higher education as an International Relation Specialist in Budapest, in 2006.

As I already specialized in Business Communication, I felt to improve communication skills so between 2015-2017 I studied Executive Coaching at CHN / Coaching Without Borders and reached ACC level.

​

My career developed in parallel and became an HR specialist.

Recruitment was always first, but with years I was lucky to gain knowledge and experience on other areas of HR untill I became an HR Manager in automotive sector. All the 3 multinational workplaces between 2006-2015 taught me the most about corporate processes and human resources.I can not be grateful enough to the opportunities I had, but I also remember the hard work and dedication I felt.

After my child was born it turned out that I need a more flexible work schedule and that my personality has an entrepreneurial side.

My own Consulting Business was established in 2015.

One of the biggest achievement is that I can live a well balanced life with my Saluki by my side and where the job I do is still my passion, the people along the way make my day and I try to do the same.

​

Currently I work from Ghent, Belgium and it is my pleasure to connect companies and people.
